Again, let me say this *** NUANCE HAS THEE WORST SUPPORT OF ALL TIME*** not only did they outsource their support but they also for over a year have failed to give any legit response regarding why the "check for updates" for version 11 does not work. I've seen people posting on these forums for over a year about this issue, with Nuance telling folks that the update server is down, or that DNS v11 is no longer supported and that upgrading to 12.5 is the only option - what a scam. If there is ever a company that provides a DNS service outside of Nuance then I'll be sure everyone I know switches over... Until Nuance can actually prove they have good support (or any for that matter), I'll not be interested in anymore of their products. This is terrible support - there should at least be someone monitoring the forum boards...
