Hello
The download of the software DRAGON PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL did not work yesterday. Based on the E-Mail I got from you today stating that there have been problems with downloading on your side yesterday I followed your requerst to delete all files already downloaded on my PC and to re-download the software again. Unfortunately downloading does still not function today! As suggested I registered my product in order to get some support, but unfortunately I found only this possibility to get some help from the forum. I am lost and I would really appreciate to get some real help...
If I am trying to download the software via the link I received yesterday, I still get an error message saying that I had to many downloading attemps...
