When I tried increase accuracy in DNS 13 by inspecting documents I get the attached image where Windows installer is attempting to install something. This window never goes away and it freezes. I have already done a repair installation of DNS 13 and that didn’t do anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello. I just installed DNS 15 Pro Individual. I am a totally novice. I'm also legally blind.
I use the Windows 10 Alt-tab and Win-tab keys to move between applications. If DNS is running, Alt-tab no longer tabs between application. I think it's only tabbing between the current app and DNS.
I tried running DNS as only a tray icon. That didn't help. Only by exiting DNS can I get Alt-tab to cycle through my application windows.
This is a show stopper for me. Is tjere a wau tp cpnfigure DNS so it is just another app w.r.t. Windows Alt-tab navigation?

All of a sudden my Dragon Preferred 10 is no longer working on my Windows 7. I have restarted Dragon many times as well as Repaired it through the DVD. I would like to avoid if possible having to Re-install my Dragon. I have attached the message that happens when I try do anything with Dragon. Also, there's another message that says "E_Unexpected" when I try to do things as well (if I get that message again, I will screencap but so far I only have one of the other message with the detail attached in the photo).
Please advise. Thank you very much.

If I type the letter "d" in Microsoft Word or anywhere else the dictation box pops up, even if the microphone is turned off. I am using Version 13 Premium. I tried to turn off the dictation box completely (using the instructions in Help and in the User Guide), but that does not work.
I have tried everything I can think of (User Guide; Help; Knowledge base, etc.).
How can I get rid of this problem ? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Update. The default hot key for the dictation box was Control+Shift+D. I changed that to Control+Alt+backspace and at first that did not help. However, after I had exited Dragon for a while and then reactivated it, the problem had been solved. I still have no idea why the mere typing of the letter d activated the dictation box (since the shortcut was supposed to require 3 keys).

Then the message tells me to "Try closing other running programs or restarting your computer." That's not a solution. It just creates the error again. Restarting a computer to fix a problem is nuts. FIX THE PROBLEM.
Why would I need to rename a directory, and why would program want to rename a directory that doesn't exist?
This smells like sloppy quality control to me. I am going to delete the profile and start all over.

Dear Anyone.
OK, it sounds like a joke question but I like using the word 'period' to refer to passages of time, sets of days etc. I'm not the most computer literate disabled guy so I'm probably missing something obvious here, but every time I SAY the word 'period' - I'm typing this with one finger right now - Dragon types a full-stop. How can I tell it to type the WORD 'period' - and how do I change the word period, meaning fullstop in its dictionary, to something else so I can use 'period' and 'full' and 'stop' as words, not just punctuation commands?

I have been using DNS for about a month. It works great in Outlook. It works terribly in Excel and Powerpoint. It works fine at dictation in these programs but not at recognizing even simple voice commands. For example, I might say "Move to cell A1" and it will think I said "Mail it to...". I have no such trouble when using DNS is Outlook. It recognizes all my commands.
The add-in for Excel is there and enabled. I don't see one in Powerpoint.
Here's my system info:
Windows 7,64bit. DNS Prof 11.5. MS Office 13.

Hoping someone might be able to provide a bit of guidance as I have recently purchased a new laptop and uninstalled DNS12 off my old pc and went to reinstall on new system only to find that my disk is damaged.
When I purchased my digital download, I saved it to cd. Now I cannot reinstall.
Any suggestions?
