Apparently Nuance is great at taking your money but not supporting their product, answering their own forum, or providing any service at all!! THEY'RE NOT EVEN INTERESTED ENOUGH TO MAKE SURE THEY'RE MONITORING THEIR OWN FORUM!!
I've spent hours on the phone with their support people whose advice was BE PATIENT!!
I've ended up increasing my RAM in an effort to get version 12 to work based on their direction and it still doesn't work and they are truly IDIOTS!! It cost me $269 to upgrade things in an effort to get this to work!!
I've had it and I'm glad I've read all the frustrations and failed attempts of others here so I can get a refund.
NEVER AGAIN!!
