is my Rode Podcaster microphone. It ist not tested by Dragon, so I propose it to test. The microphone is perfect to rise the recognition rate to nearly 100%.
Technical data:
- Broadcast Sound Quality
- 28mm dynamic capsule
- 18-bit resolution, 8-48kHz sampling
- Windows and Mac compatible
- Powered by USB bus
- Internal capsule shock mounting
- 3.5mm stereo headphone output with volume control built-in to body
- Ideal for voice recognition software
- weight: 655 gm
I recommend to buy as microphone stand the Professional Studio Boom Arm and the Microphone Shock Mount.
So you have a semi-professional Studio Microphone for EUR 145 to use it for Dragon and all other audio-related programs, when you want to put your own voice into the computer, the Cloud, Skype, Whatsapp or whatever you want.
And the last advantage: the microphone is metal, nearly no plastic.
I use it since 7 years, no complications at all, very good sound quality.
No cable disturbs your head by a headset, and the speaking distance is in my experience from 5 - 30 cm.
Because of the excellent quality I bought after my first podcaster 3 other podcasters, so I can use the Dragon in the garden in the sunshine, or in my 2 other offices.
Big recommendation for a reasonable price.
