Help! Installed, Registered, Rebooted Twice, Still not launching
Version 11.5 for pc, Windows 10 Installation.
Issue: The attached screen displays for about a minute, then disappears, nothing happens. I had completed a standard/typical installation, when the software stated it searched for updates during the install process, there was not any.

I have Dragon Premium v13 and it is not working with Microsoft Word 2016. The error is that the "add-in for MS Word is not loaded." I have followed the instructions to enter the command regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Nuance\NaturallySpeaking13\Program\dgnword.dll" into the Windows Run Application. The computer says the command was successfully entered but the error still appears when trying to dictate into Word 2016.
I've read on some older posts that Dragon Premium v13 isn't compatible with MS Word 2016. Is this still the case? I find it difficult to believe that a product just over a year old isn't compatible with the newest version of MS Word.
Any help? Do I need to input another command?

I am running current version of Windows 7 and trying to upgrade from DN 14 Pro to DN 15 Pro. I have downloaded it and tried installing from backup disk. Each time I get the following error:
"Error 1335. The cabinet file 'MSI2077.tmp' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package. . ."
When I hit Ignore button it gives me "Error 2350.FDI server error."
Any help?

I have been using WordPerfect X7 with Dragon 13 very successfully for about seven or eight months. It has worked perfectly. I am the world's worst typist and this combination has been absolutely magic for me.
Unfortunately in the last week or so the WordPerfect plug-in seems to have developed a glitch. After dictating a phrase the cursor moves backward so it rests just before the last character in the phrase; when the next phrase is dictated that previous last character is moved forward to the end of the second phrase. This is very frustrating. This phenomenon does not happen with any program other than WordPerfect, indeed I am dictating this post with Dragon 13 in the Dictation Box and it has not made a single mistake.
How do I reset the WordPerfect plug-in for Dragon 13 or how can I download the plug-in again, or how do I get round this problem?

I have, since installation of DNS 11.5, and PDF Pro8, had the pop-up of "Common Software Manager" it seems to want to run when I start the computer. This is listed in the Dragon program files as "ctfmngr" so I know it is from Dragon. Any thoughts? Not sure how to help it. Carol Palmer

The directions state to go under Administrative Settings and make changes to the Roaming tab. This tab is not in Dragon Professional Individual 15.00.000.076. Has this functionality been removed?

When I have 10 degrees in my report, I have to change it to 10°. I have it set up so when I say "degrees" it type ° but it puts a space between the letter and the symbol, 10 °. I had issues with Dragon not saving my profile and kept getting an error message so I ran the software and repaired it. It used to type 10° accurately before I did the repair but now it doesn't and I do not know what to do about it. Does anyone have an answer? I don't want to have to highlight 10 degrees and say "ten degrees" every time I want to add the symbol. I use Dragon v13. I have also included a screenshot of my properties.

I am trying to install Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 on my Windows 7 laptop and I get these 2 error message windows that say:
Visual C ++ Runtime for Dragon Naturally Speaking is not supported on 64-bit operating system and cannot be installed.
The installation of Visual C ++ 8.0 Runtime for Dragon Naturally Speaking has failed. Setup will now exit.
So based on this, how would I go about installing the Visual C ++ 8.0 Runtime on my laptop so that I can install this on my laptop?

I said correct previously and this is what it did. When it does correct it, it will correct only the highlighted portion. Any way to fix this, any ideas?

I'm having a strange problem. When I am dictating into Dragon Pad, it works fine until I pause. At this point, the text I've spoken is transcribed correctly into Dragon Pad, but then the next batch of text I dictate often appears in the middle of the text that's already in Dragon Pad. It seems to happen if I manually edit the text between dictation, and attempt to dictate text into the middle of the document. I'd expect text to appear at the cursor, but it doesn't. I've read two things about this:
1) This shouldn't happen in Dragon Pad, as I have the "full text control" tick in the Dragon bar.
2) Saying "Cache Document" should get Dragon to re-read the text and "sync up" with where the cursor is. However, saying this just transcribes "cash document".
It's a real problem, making it very difficult to use. Does anyone have any ideas about why this might be?
I'm using Dragon Professional Individual 15 on Windows 10.

I am running Chrome Version 55.0.2883.87 m (64-bit) and Dragon 13 Home.
When I try to dictate into a field in Chrome, sometimes it works fine, other times (in the same field) it doesn't work and the transcribing box appears "for unsupported devices". It then takes more than 30 seconds for my dictation to appear AND SLOWLY. I have removed the hardware acceleration in Dragon and have updated everything. But it is totally useless to me right now as this is the main reason I need Dragon, is to populate text in this one field in Chrome. Any ideas?

Because of the excellent quality I bought after my first podcaster 3 other podcasters, so I can use the Dragon in the garden in the sunshine, or in my 2 other offices.
Big recommendation for a reasonable price.

just installed 11, up dated to 11.5. Used it in the game of world of tank, worked fine but made the game do weird things turned it off, went back and played the game. Next-day went to turn on Dragon,and when it loaded error code came up should not be run in elevated mode. So I uninstalled it reinstalled it. Same problem,got on the form. Found a uninstall tool to make sure I got it all out. Reinstall same problem. Hope someone out there can help me. Thanks

Don't know if anyone else has found this, but I have to keep stopping DNS (and shutting it down) to do something clever in MS Office, then re-starting it in order to dictate. It's a pain in the neck.
Search using MS Cortana - right clicking on a result (to "Show in Folder") doesn't do anything. Shut down DNS (which doesn't take away the Cortana pop-up) and it works perfectly.
In MS Word, triple click is supposed to select a paragraph. With DNS running it only selects a line.
Is this something DNS needs to fix?

I recently installed DNS15 for translation work, extended use. After maybe 2 hours DNS suddenly slows to agonising snail's pace. I shut down, restart and then it is OK for a time. My system is Win 10; Intel Core i5 6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz; RAM 32GB; Drive 480GB SSD. I am also using SDL Trados with a big TM but if that was the problem it would show up pretty quickly. I never had this problem with my previous DNS 12. Any thoughts?

I transcribe from audio files often using DNS 13. Enabling timestamps in the text would be useful for referencing back to the audio file or verifying the transcription. Thanks.

I have installed the DNS 13 version HOME in windows 7 and in tools I do not see the option of audio transcription, I acquired the DNS 13 to transcribe some classes that I have in audio to be able to study for a test and it has complicated to me since it does not appear this option in the toolbar .. Who helps me?

When I debug my own web application, The IE dragon plugin is apparently injecting a library that is throwing an error on the red line below. The plugin() object does not contain a method called setSuspendedState() as per the attached screenshot. This is becoming a pain in the you-know-what to do web development.
